Launhardt's formula

A formula pertaining to the fatigue of metals.

$m=p_{1}+{\frac {n}{m}}(f-p_{1})$

where

$m$ = maximum stress

$p_{1}$ = repetition limit when n = 0

$n$ = minimum stress

$f$ = ultimate static stress

This formula does not properly apply to any part of bridge engineering.
